G.R.A.D. Aggies Leadership Series

The Fall 2019 G.R.A.D. Aggies Leadership Development Series is designed to provide graduate and professional students the opportunity to reflect on different areas of their life where they have the opportunity to grow as leaders (the classroom, their research group, their department, their university, their personal life and beyond). Through self-reflection on motivations and capabilities, participants will understand what guides/steers/directs their leadership and refine their ability to lead through empowering others.

The workshops in this development series are connected and build upon each other. It is recommended that participants engage in all three workshops, however, it is not required.
