A graduate certificate program represents an emphasis area within a particular field or it could be interdisciplinary and involve several fields. Texas A&M University’s Distance Education Program offers 21 graduate-level degree and certificate programs in formats accessible beyond the traditional campus—either online, videoconference or remote classrooms. Approved Distance Education degrees and certificates at Texas A&M University comply with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's requirements.
